- Introduction
The Foundation attaches high importance and value to confidentiality and respects the confidentiality of its volunteers, members of governing and supervisory bodies, employees, beneficiaries, complainants and partner organizations.
1.2. The Foundation recognizes that it needs to ensure the protection and secure handling of personal and confidential business information that the Foundation collects, creates, processes and disseminates.
1.3. The Foundation also understands the importance of disseminating information where necessary or appropriate to fulfill its responsibilities to ensure protection and security.
1.4. This policy aims to define the guiding principles and values applicable to all elements of the Fund (the General Meeting of the Fund, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of the Fund, and the staff).
- Purpose and scope
2.1. The purpose of this policy is to determine the Fund’s guidelines for the protection of confidential information and responsibility for the dissemination of such information.
2.2 This policy applies to all volunteers, employees of the Foundation, members of the Foundation’s governing and supervisory bodies, and partner organizations. All partner organizations working with the Foundation are obliged to comply with this Policy in addition to their own policies and procedures.
